My favourite TV characters of ALL time

...in no particular order ('cause I just can't decide):

Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother
Jack Bauer from 24
Hank Moody from Californication
Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory
Dennis Finch from Just Shoot Me
Uncle Jesse from Full House

and then there's also:

Joey Tribbiani in Friends (not Joey)
Ray Barone from Everyobody Loves Raymond
Dexter Morgan from Dexter
And a whole bunch of characters from Lost. I think the fact that I have no clear favourites here speaks volumes about the casting of this show. Of course, Hurley, Jack, Sawyer, Faraday and Ben are all brilliant characters but I just can't choose among them. For that matter, I think a majority of the casting for all these shows is pretty much spot on.

BTW, this list can also double-up as my Favourite TV shows of all time. Again, in no particular order.
